Effective Date: September 1, 2024 The BillNip Beta Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by BillNip Corporation (“BillNip”) to introduce early users to the BillNip platform and reward participation during the beta period. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This Promotion consists of two separate components: Each component has distinct eligibility requirements and rewards, as outlined below. The Early Beta Credit Promotion applies exclusively to users who signed up for the BillNip Beta prior to the official beta launch and are among the first 1,000 registrants. Eligible users must complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which occurs when uploading a bill or initiating a money-movement action within the BillNip mobile application. Upon successful completion of KYC, each eligible user will receive a one-time $5 promotional credit deposited into their BillNip Wallet. Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Credits may be used only within the BillNip application for eligible bill payments, in accordance with BillNip’s standard terms of use. Promotional credits expire 30 days after the date they are issued to the user’s BillNip Wallet following KYC verification. Credits not used within that period will automatically expire and be removed from the wallet balance. BillNip may conduct a promotional giveaway in connection with its official BillNip Facebook community as part of the beta program. The Community Giveaway is intended to reward broad participation in the BillNip beta and encourage early adoption of the platform. To be eligible for the Community Giveaway, participants must: For purposes of this Promotion, “users” means unique individuals who have completed BillNip Beta registration, successfully completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and added at least one bill within the BillNip application. The Community Giveaway is contingent upon 10,000 eligible users being generated across all phases of the promotion. All eligibility requirements must be satisfied on or before March 1, 2026. If the 10,000-user threshold is met by March 1, 2026, BillNip will award a total of $5,000 in promotional bill credits to ten (10) winners, with each winner receiving $500 deposited into their BillNip Wallet. The drawing to select the ten (10) winners will take place on March 1, 2026. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible participants. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants. Promotional credits may be used toward eligible bill payments within the BillNip application and have no cash value. If the 10,000-user threshold is not met by March 1, 2026, the $5,000 Community Giveaway will be canceled. A drawing will still take place on March 1, 2026, and ten (10) winners will be selected at random from among eligible participants. Each winner will receive a reduced promotional credit amount, with the total prize pool and per-winner amount determined by BillNip in its sole discretion. Promotional credits will be deposited into winners’ BillNip Wallets and may be used toward eligible bill payments only. Giveaway credits have no cash value and may not be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Credits may only be used within the BillNip application for eligible bill payments. Additional expiration terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of issuance. BillNip reserves the right to verify eligibility and user identity, limit participation, and modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any portion of it at any time. Any fraudulent activity, duplicate account creation, misuse of the Promotion, or violation of BillNip platform terms will result in disqualification and forfeiture of promotional credits or giveaway eligibility. Promotional credits issued under this Promotion are non-cash credits intended solely for use within the BillNip platform. Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, if any, associated with promotional credits or prizes received. By participating, winners consent to the use of their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. This Promotion is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation does not alter or replace any other terms, policies, or agreements associated with the BillNip platform.
