BillNip Beta Promotion Terms

Overview

The BillNip Beta Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by BillNip Corporation to introduce early users to the BillNip platform. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

This Promotion applies exclusively to users who signed up for the BillNip Beta prior to the official beta launch and are among the first 1,000 registrants.

Eligible users must complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which occurs when uploading a bill or initiating a money-movement action within the BillNip mobile application.

Upon successful completion of KYC, each eligible user will receive a one-time $5 promotional credit deposited into their BillNip Wallet.

Use of Promotional Credit

• Credits have no cash value and may not be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• Credits may be used only within the BillNip application for eligible bill payments in accordance with the platform’s standard terms of use.

Credit Expiration

Promotional credits expire 30 days after the date they are issued to the user’s BillNip Wallet following KYC verification. Credits not used within that period will automatically expire and be removed from the wallet balance.

Limitations and Rights

BillNip reserves the right to verify eligibility and user identity, limit participation, and modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice. Any fraudulent activity, duplicate account creation, or misuse of the Promotion will result in disqualification and forfeiture of promotional credits.

Legal Notice

This Promotion is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Participation does not alter or replace any other terms, policies, or agreements associated with the BillNip platform.
