BillNip Promotional Credit Terms

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

BillNip may offer a promotional credit (the “$5 Credit”) to users who sign up for early access.

To receive the $5 Credit, you must:

• Sign up through the official BillNip early access form
• Send your first BillNip transaction within 15 days of account activation by BillNip

The $5 Credit:

• Will be issued to your BillNip Wallet after your first completed BillNip
• May only be used to pay bills through the BillNip platform
• Cannot be transferred to another wallet and has no cash value
• Will expire if not used within 30 days of issuance

Additional terms:

• BillNip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time
• BillNip may withhold or revoke the $5 Credit in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms
• Limit one promotional credit per user unless otherwise stated
